I have been with Southhall since 1996. I lived in Sparty when I started with them. I movedt near Albion in 2004 , this time I own my own tank. I have never had any problems.

They have a simple request for thier customers call in when you are at 30% so they have time to get you scheduled to avoid problems with running really low on propane. You have to remember, they have alot of customers! I have never experienced any problems with them. They are  very kind people, everyone from customer service  to their delivery drivers.

Southall Gas has very helpful and friendly staff.  They do everything they can to get you scheduled for delivery. Even in emergencies they get to you very quickly. Prices are great too.  They have a wonderful automatic refill plan. You just have to pay your bill immediately. Thank you to the staff and delivery drivers for all you do

Southall Gas has always done their best for me. My tank is typically filled within a few weeks to about a month after I call, and I understand that during the busy winter season, small businesses can only handle so much demand at once.

A lot of the complaints seem unfairly directed at Southall when, in many cases, the real issue may be calling when tanks are already too low, undersized tanks, poor home insulation, or inefficient appliances causing customers to burn through propane too quickly. That is not the company’s fault.

In other words:

"Poor planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on their part"

I appreciate the hard work and effort Southall puts in, especially during the busiest time of year. Thank you for doing your best and continuing to serve the community.
